I bought this for all kinds of travel but its first mission was to be my daily mat on a small sailboat for two weeks. With just one flat and large enough spot to put it, there weren't many options but this mat is fantastic! It was grippy enough on the underside to hold up to most of the morning winds, wiped clean of the sticky sea salt super easy, and in its thinness was still comfortable and provided good support. I packed it in my backpack for carry on and didn't feel like it took up too much room or weighed down my pack (I prefer to pack super light for travel so I was a bit worried at first). I have never tried another travel mat and don't intent to after buying this one.

This is my second cork mat from Yogo as I wanted a back up as I love it so much. Great for all types of yoga, and it absorbs sweat for hot yoga so you don’t need a mat towel. The grip is great and I love the feel of cork. Definitely recommend.
I love my Yogo mat. It's super sticky and extra long. I look at other mats which seem thin and cheap by comparison. Its the quality choice. Someone once said to always put the very best quality between you and the ground, whether its tires or shoes. Yogo is the very best quality for my workouts.
I’m actually in love with this mat. The cork is stunning and the rubber side is so natural and comfortable under my hands and feet… the grip gets even better as I start to warm up! The cushioning is perfect too, gentle on my joints while still feeling steady and grounded. I also really appreciate that it’s made with FSC-certified natural rubber and plant-based materials. It feels good knowing my practice is supported by an eco-friendly company.
This is my second Ultralight 4.0 Travel Yoga Mat—my first lasted 6 years and only needed replacing because I left it at a campsite. It's perfect for laying over studio mats and creates a clean, familiar space anywhere. Lightweight, compact, and ideal for travel. Highly recommended!

Great grip, love how it folds up. At first I was a little annoyed that the carrying strap is permanently attached to the mat, but after traveling with it I’m grateful that I can always use the strap to easily fold it up! Fits in my carry on. No complaints

I'm soon going on a travel where I'm gonna bring this little delight of a mat, can't wait! In the meantime I have used Yogo at home over my regular porly griped mat. The Yogo mat has really a good grip and gives me more trust as I do yoga movements. It's easy to fold and store away (since it's so small folded) and to clean as I can just hang it in the shower and shower it. I would recommend an additional yoga towel if you get sweaty palms or do hot yoga, sweat does make it a bit more slippery (although still more grippy than my regular expensive yoga mat at home). I'm super happy with the product and would most definitely recommend it for traveling and also as a top mat at the gym.

I looked at many websites and read many reviews for travel yoga mats before buying this one. I am super happy with it and highly recommend it. The top selling point for me is how truly packable it is, unlike other so-called travel mats that you have to carry separately or only fit in your check in. It is super sticky and has a good thickness, although I have not used it on a hard surface yet.

Got this mat after a friend suggested Yogo. I have sweaty hands and live in the tropics, not a great mix. This mat is the best I've ever had for grip, plus it folds up neatly so it's easy to carry around. I will sometimes put it on top of another mat if I need more cushioning as the travel mat is made thinner than your usual mat, haven't had an issue with it moving around while doubled up. Highly recommend for those of us who slip around on regular grip mats!

I found this brand 3 years ago during a trip to California and I used the mat in every single travel I did until now. Today I came to California again so I bought the new sand color (which I am obsessed with!) and gave my od grey one to my husband. The old one is still in perfect conditions, I have washed it in the shower with soap and brush after every trip.
The only thing I am disappointed with is their social media presence is not that strong and zero responsive. I tried even sending an email but I had no answer.

Love how travel-friendly this mat is!
I did need to hang up the mat for a few days to help soften the heavy creases from the packaging. Recommend folding in half and then rolling to travel with, instead of how it arrives, to keep it a little smoother. Mat is VERY sticky, it will collect cat hair :)

Sorry that you find it too sticky and are concerned about pet hair - we actually find that it does NOT attract pet hair - and the extreme sticky state of the rubber wears off after a while. Also, the creases relax over time and with our new straps you can cinch it loosely if that bothers you, or fold it backward and store it that way to reduce lines.
