Customer service was great. The mat is great too. Even with the crushed box discount it was excessively pricey, though. I mean it's a rubber mat. It's a good rubber mat but $80 for a little rubber mat... it does travel well though, and that's what I wanted, so...

Wow! It really is the perfect mat!

I love taking my practice with me and rolled mats are too long for carry on when I fly so I looked for a good compact mat. After some trial and error I came across the Yogo long travel mat and got it at a discount for smooshed packaging - it's amazing. It's 6' long and even wider than my standard home mat. A little thin, so at home I double it up with a 3-5mm mat, but the sticky surface more than makes up for it. Perfect weight, folds up small and the buckles to keep it secure are so smart-they don't get in the way at all. I wish I had found this mat sooner! Even my husband liked it and asked me to buy him one - please offer more retail access to Canadians!

Perfect

Right out of the box, this mat is perfect. I would never have known it was “slightly smooshed”. Super light weight, packs up amazingly small, very grippy, I can’t wait to use it more!

Excellent!

I travel for both my computer science work and for my yoga teaching lessons. I got this Yogo mat also with a "damaged box" and to my amazement, the box was barely dinged. The mat is excellent. It is compact, stickier than my daily mat, folds easily (I haven't cleaned it yet but it seems an easy thing), and fits in my backpack along with my laptop, keyboard, water bottle, etc. Although it is a tiny bit heavier than a foam mat (but nonetheless neglectable weight) and a bit expensive given the shipping costs (could you please ship cheaper in Europe, or have promotions? :) ) it is a hell worth the money! We'll see how long it will last. Thank you!!!

Slightly Smooshed Ultralight Long Folding Mat

Very pleased with this mat. I have found no blemishes in the mat. The only thing I found damaged was the cellophane for the box was torn.
